Ingredients
- 12 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill finely chopped, fresh
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 6 ounces smoked salmon
- kosher salt to taste
Garnish:
- smoked salmon
- capers
- dill
- lemon slices
Instructions
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, green onions, capers, horseradish, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and hot sauce to a food processor.
- Process until blended and smooth.
- Scrape down the sides and add the smoked salmon.
- Pulse until the salmon is finely chopped and incorporated into the dip.
- Taste and adjust for salt.
- Garnish with capers, dill, smoked salmon and lemon slices.
- Serve with crackers or veggies.
