Smoked Salmon Dip
Smoked Salmon Dip blends smoked salmon with softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh herbs like dill and chive, red onion, lemon juice, and capers for garnish. This creamy dip has a balanced smoky, tangy, and herbaceous flavor, ready for serving with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2-3 Tablespoons mayonnaise made with avocado oil
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons dill chopped, plus more for garnish, fresh
- 2 Tablespoons chive fresh
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until salmon is chopped well and everything is combined. Do not over process.
- Place dip in a small serving container, garnish with fresh dill and capers. Serve with crackers and fresh veggies for dipping.
