- 6 ounces smoked salmon thinly sliced
- 2 large low carb tortillas
- 6 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- ½ cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoons capers roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh chives chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, capers, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh dill, fresh chives, garlic salt and ground black pepper to a small mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Lay each tortilla out flat and smear half the cream cheese mixture over the tops, making sure it’s evenly covered.
- Lay half the baby spinach over the cream cheese mixture. Top with half the smoked salmon in an even flat layer.
- Starting from the bottom, gently roll the tortilla up, keeping it somewhat tight. Once you come to the end, slice the tortilla into pinwheels.
- Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. Stack up on a serving platter when you are ready to serve.
