Smoked Salmon Spread

This smoked salmon spread blends softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt with lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and a touch of heat from Tabasco. Flaked smoked salmon and fresh herbs including diced green onions and chopped dill create a creamy, tangy spread with savory and smoky notes. Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • ½ cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • lemon juice of ½ lemon
  • 3-5 Tabasco sauce dashes
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce extra hot, prepared
  • 6 ounces smoked salmon flaked
  • 2 green onions , diced
  • 1 dill chopped, heaping tablespoon

  1. Add all ingredients to a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Mix for a minute or so until incorporated. Serve with bagel chips, fresh vegetables or baguette slices.
