Smoked Salmon Spread
This smoked salmon spread blends softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt with lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and a touch of heat from Tabasco. Flaked smoked salmon and fresh herbs including diced green onions and chopped dill create a creamy, tangy spread with savory and smoky notes. The spread is easy to prepare in a mixer and is suitable for serving with bagel chips, vegetables, or bread slices as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
- ½ cup yogurt plain, Greek
- lemon juice of ½ lemon
- 3-5 Tabasco sauce dashes
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce extra hot, prepared
- 6 ounces smoked salmon flaked
- 2 green onions , diced
- 1 dill chopped, heaping tablespoon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Mix for a minute or so until incorporated. Serve with bagel chips, fresh vegetables or baguette slices.
