Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread fresh or toasted
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 2 hardboiled eggs sliced
  • 1/4 red onion sliced into half rings
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 3 tbsp Dill fresh
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Apply whipped cream cheese to bread.
  2. Top it off with smoked salmon, sliced hardboiled eggs, red onion, and capers.
  3. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and dill.
