  • 1 pound fresh colossal shrimp peeled & deveined, tails removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine all of the spices in a small bowl, set aside. 2 tablespoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  3. In a large bowl, gently toss the shrimp in the olive oil before adding the spices. Toss until coated. 1 pound fresh colossal shrimp, 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. Place the shrimp on the smoker rack (or on aluminum foil, to prevent them from falling through the grates).
  5. Smoke for about 60 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink.
  6. Remove from the smoker and serve immediately.
