Smoothiebowl with spinach, banana, tigernuts, honey and wakame

Sweet, nourishing bowl that is free from grains, dairy and nuts. It fits the Medical Medium and AIP paleo diet. So enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 4 tablespoons tigernut flour (ground chufa)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • ½ tablespoons wakame seaweed flakes
  • 8 oz water up to, maybe less

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix the banana with the spinach, lemon juice and half of the water.
  2. Spoon in the flour and stir well. See if you need t add more water.
  3. Spoon in the honey and mix.
  4. Sprinkle the seaweed flakes on top.
  5. Garnish with some banana slices if you like.
