Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 handful spinach
- 4 tablespoons tigernut flour (ground chufa)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- ½ tablespoons wakame seaweed flakes
- 8 oz water up to, maybe less
Instructions
- Mix the banana with the spinach, lemon juice and half of the water.
- Spoon in the flour and stir well. See if you need t add more water.
- Spoon in the honey and mix.
- Sprinkle the seaweed flakes on top.
- Garnish with some banana slices if you like.
