Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 heets Graham crackers , broken into chunks
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray an 8x8 inch baking pan with baking spray.
  3. Whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold in graham cracker chunks.
  5. Spread batter evenly into greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and set oven to broil.
  8. Top brownies with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  9. Broil brownies until marshmallows are lightly browned.
