S'mores Brownies are gooey, fudgy chocolate-graham cracker treats, topped with toasted marshmallows and chocolate chips, perfect for summer!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter , melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 heets Graham crackers , broken into chunks
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray an 8x8 inch baking pan with baking spray.
- Whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold in graham cracker chunks.
- Spread batter evenly into greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and set oven to broil.
- Top brownies with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Broil brownies until marshmallows are lightly browned.
