S'mores Cookies
S'mores Cookies combine oat flour with coconut sugar, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers for a treat reminiscent of classic campfire s'mores. The dough is scooped and baked until edges are golden, with the marshmallows softening for a tender texture and the graham cracker bits adding gentle crunch. These cookies offer a nostalgic flavor profile balancing sweet chocolate and toasted marshmallow notes, making them a fun twist on traditional cookies.
