S'mores Fudge

S'mores Fudge is a fun easy no-bake candy recipe perfect for the holidays! Rich chocolate fudge topped with marshmallow bits and graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup cereal marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 pan with foil and spray with vegetable oil spray.
  2. Add milk chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a large saucepan on low heat.
  3. Stir until chocolate is melted.
  4. While chocolate is melting, mix the graham crackers, butter and sugar until moistened.
  5. Once chocolate mixture is smooth, turn off heat and add in vanilla extract.
  6. Sprinkle half the graham cracker mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
  7. Pour the fudge over the graham cracker crumbs carefully.
  8. Top with cereal marshmallows and remaining crumbs.
  9. Refrigerate for 4 hours before slicing.
