Ingredients

- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 ½ cups vodka
Smores Martinis
- 4 oz. milk non-dairy milk also works
- 1 ½ teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons granulated sugar
- 2 oz. Marshmallow-Infused Vodka recipe above
- 1 ½ oz. white creme de cocoa
- Graham cracker crumbs for the rims of the glasses
- Lemon wedge
- Additional marshmallows on a skewer, toasted
Instructions
Make the Marshmallow-Infused Vodka
- Measure the marshmallows into a large mason jar.
- Pour the vodka on top of the marshmallows.
- Shake vigorously.
- Store in a cold, dark place for 1-2 days, or until the marshmallows have completely dissolved. If there is some clouding or silt on the bottom of the jar, this is OK! Simply shake it before it’s time to make a drink to get all that marshmallow goodness into it.
