Instructions

Make the Marshmallow-Infused Vodka

  1. Measure the marshmallows into a large mason jar.
  2. Pour the vodka on top of the marshmallows.
  3. Shake vigorously.
  4. Store in a cold, dark place for 1-2 days, or until the marshmallows have completely dissolved. If there is some clouding or silt on the bottom of the jar, this is OK! Simply shake it before it’s time to make a drink to get all that marshmallow goodness into it.

Make the Martinis

  1. Run a lemon wedge along the rims of two martini glasses.
  2. Dip the glasses into the Graham Cracker crumbs and coat the rims, then set aside.
  3. Combine lukewarm milk with the unsweetened cocoa powder and granulated sugar in a cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously until the sugar and cocoa powder have dissolved into the milk.
  5. Pour the Marshmallow-Infused Vodka and white crème de cocoa into the cocktail shaker.
  6. Add ice to the cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously until cold and well combined.
  7. Pour into the prepared martini glasses.
  8. Skewer 3-4 marshmallows and toast using a kitchen torch.
  9. Garnish the martinis with the toasted marshmallows, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Please note the total time includes the infusion time for the vodka, but it can take anywhere from 1-2 days, just depending on conditions.
  • If you don't have time to make the marshmallow-infused vodka, you could purchase a marshmallow vodka at a specialty liquor store for this cocktail.
