- 2 medium sized snappers 900 gms – 2 lbs., cleaned and scaled
- 4 garlic cloves sliced
- 300 gms – 10 oz. cherry tomatoes quartered
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup white wine
