Ingredients

Snickerdoodle Blondie
  • 2 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup Butter, room temperature
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
Cinnamon topping:
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk the butter, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour mixture with the butter mixture. The batter will be thick almost like a cookie mixture.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish. Combine the cinnamon topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top springs back when pressed.
  7. Remove from heat and cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
