We are {obsessed} with snickerdoodles of any form and these snickerdoodle blondies sounded like heaven.

Ingredients
Snickerdoodle Blondie
- 2 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup Butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Cinnamon topping:
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl whisk the butter, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla.
- Combine the flour mixture with the butter mixture. The batter will be thick almost like a cookie mixture.
- Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish. Combine the cinnamon topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top springs back when pressed.
- Remove from heat and cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
