Snickers Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

For the Crust
  • 20 Oreo cookies any type
  • 5 TBS butter melted, unsalted
For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature (can use lower fat as well)
  • 1 egg large
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 Snickers candy bar chopped, fun size
  • ⅓ cup milk chocolate chips

Notes

  • Store bars in a covered container for up to 10 days in the refrigerator.Recipe can easily be doubled and baked in a 9x13-inch pan, baking time will vary - about 45-55 minutes.
