Ingredients
For the Crust
- 20 Oreo cookies any type
- 5 TBS butter melted, unsalted
For the Cheesecake Filling
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature (can use lower fat as well)
- 1 egg large
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 Snickers candy bar chopped, fun size
- ⅓ cup milk chocolate chips
Notes
- Store bars in a covered container for up to 10 days in the refrigerator.Recipe can easily be doubled and baked in a 9x13-inch pan, baking time will vary - about 45-55 minutes.
