Snickers Shot

Snickers shots are an innovative way to enjoy the classic flavors of a Snickers candy bar but in the form of a tasty cocktail. They're incredibly easy to make with just a few ingredients to enjoy as a fun addition to any party!

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Kahlúa
  • Caramel sauce optional, for rim
  • ½ oz Frangelico
  • peanuts optional, crushed for rim
  • ½ oz Bailey’s Irish cream

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a tall shot glass, pour the Kahlua for the first layer.
  2. Slowly add the Frangelico over the first layer.
  3. Add the Bailey’s for the top layer, pouring slowly.
  4. Using a spoon, add a little caramel sauce to the rim of the shot glass, if desired.

Notes

  • Snickers Shots are best enjoyed shortly after being poured or shaken. Don't wait too long or the flavors may start to separate.
  • Variation: Add a layer of Crème de Cacao for more chocolate flavor Screwball Peanut Butter Whiskey to add a more nutty flavor.
  • Add a Festive Rim: Dip the rim of the shot glass in caramel or chocolate sauce and then into crushed peanuts.
  • Use a Spoon. Carefully pour each liqueur over the back of the spoon while holding it at an angle above the shot glass to create distinct layers.
  • Practice First. It might take you a few tries to perfect the layers so be patient with yourself and try it ahead of time if planning to serve for a party.
