Snowflake Pita Chips

Homemade Snowflake Pita Chips are a fun and festive way to add a little sparkle to your appetizers this season!

Ingredients

  • 4 pita bread flatbread, flour tortillas, or corn tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil for brushing
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt or seasoning of your choice

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 350°F.
  2. Using snowflake cookie cutters, cut out shapes from pitas.
  3. Lay the shapes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Brush the bread lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with onion salt.
  5. Bake for approximately 5 minutes, then flip and bake for another 2-5 minutes, or until they are lightly browned and crisp. The exact time will depend on the thickness of your bread.
