Ingredients

  • 2 slices white bread cut into circles
  • 1 slice turkey/ham
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 baby carrot
  • Black edible marker optional for snowman’s face; you can use blueberries or olives instead.
  • Popcorn optional for “snow” background
  • 2 mini pretzel sticks
  • 1 strawberry
  • 1 orange cut into slices
  • grapes
  • preferred sweet treat I used Kellogg’s Froot Loops Sweethearts Cereal.

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Stack two pieces of bread together. Using the edge of a glass or a circle cookie cutter, create the snowman’s head. Place turkey and cheese slices inside (you may have to fold the slices to fit) and close.
  2. Using an edible marker, draw the snowman’s eyes and smile.
  3. Cut-off a small triangular piece of carrot and place it in the middle for the snowman’s nose. **I attached mine with a toothpick so that everything is held into place. Place the completed snowman into the main compartment of the lunchbox.
  4. Place a strawberry on top for the snowman’s hat and two pretzel sticks inside both sides of the bread for the snowman’s arms.
  5. Place the popcorn all around to create the snow.
  6. In one side compartment add grapes and an orange slice.
  7. In the other side compartment add your preferred sweet treat; I used Kellogg’s Froot Loops Sweethearts Cereal.
