  • 73 g 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 125 g 1 Cup Frozen Banana & Strawberry Mix
  • 200 ml Greek yoghurt
Kitchen Gadgets:
  • Ninja Soup Maker
  • Smoothie Jars

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Load your spinach into the soup maker first.
  2. Next add in your frozen fruit.
  3. Pour yoghurt over your fruit, then refill your cup and add an extra cup of water and then place the lid down on the soup maker.
  4. Using the frozen fruit setting, blend until smooth. Load into smoothie containers before serving.

Notes

  • Spinach. I love to add in some fresh spinach into my frozen smoothie drinks. You could swap this for kale if you prefer.
  • Quality. The quality of your soup maker can be a problem. I am using the Ninja soup maker which has an excellent blender blade. If yours is not as good, I recommend thawing the fruit first and then mixing it, adding a bit at a time.
