Soup Maker Parsnip Soup Ingredients:
- 4 parsnip medium
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml skimmed milk
- 3 garlic medium cloves
- 2 Tsp parsley
- black pepper
- salt
- 28 g cheese optional, grated
Instructions
- Slice and dice your parsnips and give them a quick wash. Load your parsnips, vegetable stock, garlic and seasoning into your soup maker.
- Place the lid on the soup maker and select smooth soup and cook for 28-30 minutes.
- When it beeps remove the lid, stir in milk, any extra seasonings and grated cheese. Load into bowls and enjoy!

- Omit cheese for a lower calorie version or choose your preferred type to alter flavor.
- The milk is added after cooking to help control thickness and cool the soup before serving.
