Sour Cream Dill Dip

Ingredients

  • 1½ Tablespoon Dill fresh, chopped
  • 1 smaller onion white or pink
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper Ground
  • dash lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Rinse your dill and tab dry. Chop your dill fine and your onion too. Keep aside
  2. In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise and sour cream.
  3. Add the seasoning too, the garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  4. Continue to add the previously chopped dill and onion pieces and a dash of lemon juice.
  5. Combine all the ingredients with a whisk or spatula to a smooth and creamy dill dip.
  6. Keep in the fridge to cool until further use. Best served cold.
