Southern Fried Corn

Southern Fried Corn is a skillet-cooked side dish that blends defrosted frozen corn with finely chopped red onion, slowly caramelized in butter. The slow cooking over medium-low heat draws out the natural sweetness in both corn and onion, producing a warm, slightly sweet, and buttery vegetable medley. A finishing touch of agave nectar and sea salt balances the flavors, making it a tasty complement for hearty meals.
