Southwest Black Bean Burger
The Southwest Black Bean Burger blends black beans with jalapeño, bell pepper, chipotle pepper in adobo, and spices into a mix formed into patties. Bread crumbs bind the mixture for crisp, flavorful patties cooked in a pan until both sides are crispy and warmed through. These burgers can be served traditionally on buns or wrapped in lettuce for a lighter option.
