Southwest Salad Dressing

This Southwest Salad Dressing Recipe is creamy and so delicious. This easy ingredient dressing is perfect tossed with your favorite salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cilantro finely chopped
  • 2 tsp water as needed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk all the ingredients (except for the water) together in a medium size mixing bowl.
  2. Then add in the water 1 tsp at a time until the dressing is the consistency that you prefer. You may not need all the water.
  3. Use right away or store in an air tight container or a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.

Notes

  • You can use mayonnaise instead of greek yogurt if you prefer or add in a small amount of cayenne pepper (1/4 tsp) for a little extra kick if you prefer!
