This Southwest Salad Dressing Recipe is creamy and so delicious. This easy ingredient dressing is perfect tossed with your favorite salad.

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cilantro finely chopped
- 2 tsp water as needed
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients (except for the water) together in a medium size mixing bowl.
- Then add in the water 1 tsp at a time until the dressing is the consistency that you prefer. You may not need all the water.
- Use right away or store in an air tight container or a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
Notes
- You can use mayonnaise instead of greek yogurt if you prefer or add in a small amount of cayenne pepper (1/4 tsp) for a little extra kick if you prefer!
