This homemade Southwest Seasoning mix has the perfect combination of smokey Southwest flavors. It goes well on chicken, beef, pork, and burgers. You can also use it to season vegetables and potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix.
  2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
