Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon beef base Better Than Bouillon Organic Reduced Sodium
- 1 tablespoon molasses Unsulphured, Grandma's Original
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar Eden organic
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder granulated
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger Spicely
- black pepper a pinch or 1 turn of grinder
- 1 to 1.5 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
Notes
- Cooking tip: before starting, pour 1/4 cup of water into your pan so you can easily estimate how much is 1/4 cup and know when your reduction is ready. You can also double this recipe if you need more than 1/4 cup of soy-free soy sauce.
