Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 4 ounce salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a medium glass bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, ginger, pepper and garlic powder. Pour half into another bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet. Broil for 4 minutes, then brush with half of the soy sauce mixture.
  4. Broil until the salmon is just cooked through, about 3 minutes.
  5. Microwave the remaining soy mixture and brush it over the salmon. Serve.
