													Soy-Honey Glazed Salmon…Ready in 10 minutes or less, this delicious salmon is perfect for a weekday meal! 240 calories and 1 Weight Watchers Freestyle SP

                                Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon grated ginger
 - ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
 - ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
 - 4 4 ounce salmon fillets
 
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil.
 - In a medium glass bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, ginger, pepper and garlic powder. Pour half into another bowl.
 - Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet. Broil for 4 minutes, then brush with half of the soy sauce mixture.
 - Broil until the salmon is just cooked through, about 3 minutes.
 - Microwave the remaining soy mixture and brush it over the salmon. Serve.
