Soy-Sesame Asian Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2-3 tbsp sesame oil toasted, to taste
  • 2 tsp honey to taste
  • 1 tsp ginger fresh, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, sesame oil, honey, ginger and garlic together in a glass jar.
  2. Whisk together or blend with an immersion blender; set aside for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to mingle.
  3. Side Note: My family enjoys a strong flavored/tangy vinaigrette. If you don't, add more oil and honey, to taste.
  4. Whisk well right before drizzling on your salad. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight jar. Enjoy.
