Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie offers a baked pasta crust made from spaghetti mixed with egg and Parmesan cheese, filled with a layer of cottage cheese, and topped with a savory mixture of ground beef and spaghetti sauce. Mozzarella cheese finishes the top, creating a hearty dish with textures ranging from a firm pasta crust to a creamy interior. It makes an appealing alternative to traditional pasta casseroles.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days; reheat in the microwave for convenience.
- Allow the pie to sit for 5-10 minutes after baking to set before cutting to avoid crumbling.
- Removing from the fridge while the oven preheats helps ensure more even baking.
