Ingredients

  • 14 oz spaghetti I like Ronzoni SmartTaste, high fiber
  • 5 tbsp basil pesto with garlic scape
  • 2 cups cherry tomato sliced
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions.
  2. Drain pasta and toss with pesto and tomatoes.
  3. Top with fresh cracked pepper and grated cheese on the side.
