Sparkling Blueberry Ginger Mocktail Recipe

Muddled blueberry and ginger mixed in with lime and sparkling water, this blueberry mocktail is a refreshing burst of flavors to kick back with.

Ingredients

  • cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ¼ inch ginger peeled and sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon powdered stevia about ½ to 1 packet
  • 2 bottles perrier
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Let the blueberries that for 10 minutes.
  2. Slice the ginger into thick slices.
  3. Muddle half the blueberries and ginger together.
  4. Add ice to glasses.
  5. Divide the muddle into the glasses over the ice cubes.
  6. Juice the lime into each glass.
  7. Add the stevia and remaining blueberries.
  8. Finally, top with perrier (or any sparkling water), a lime, and call it a day!
Equipments used:

Notes

  • You can grate the ginger instead of muddling it however, some people don’t enjoy chewing small pieces of ginger in their drink.
  • If you slice it into bigger chunks and muddle it, you can easily pick them out if needed.
  • Add the stevia last or taste the drink before adding it. This way you can adjust the sweetness level to your own personal preference.
  • If you don’t love stevia, a tiny bit of honey or maple syrup tastes delicious too.
  • Though fresh or frozen blueberries work, fresh blueberries won't disperse as nicely as frozen blueberries will.
  • You can make this blueberry mocktail recipe into more of a mojito (or a blueberry mint mocktail) by muddling in some fresh mint to the blueberry syrup mixture.
