Sparkling Mango Drink Recipe
This super simple sparkling mango drink is made with homemade puree, sparkling water, and fresh mint leaves. The perfect, hot summer day refreshment!

- 3 mangos
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 liters club soda
- 1 bn fresh mint
Instructions
- Peel the skin off the mango with a potato peeler and cut the flesh it into small cubes.
- Place the mango into a blender with lemon juice and sugar.
- Blend the fruit until it's pureed.
- Place a couple of tablespoons of the mango puree into a glass. Top with a couple of mint leaves and fill the glass to the top with club soda. Optionally, add in some ice. Sit back and enjoy!
