Sparkling Mango Prosecco Cocktail

Sparkling Mango Prosecco cocktail is the perfect drink to make for a summer party. Sweet mango juice, and bubbly Riondo Prosecco is a perfect combination and a little jalapeno for a spicy note. A summer brunch must.

Ingredients

  • 9.6 oz mango juice
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 750 ml prosecco
  • 4 slices Jalapeño cored and seeded

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place mango juice and crushed ice in a blender. Blend for about 2 minutes, then place in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes.
  2. Add 3 oz. of the mango slush to your wine glass, then add about 5 oz. of Riondo Prosecco.
  3. Top with a slice of jalapeno.
