Ingredients

  • ½ cup brandy
  • ¼ cup orange liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
  • ½ liced lemon
  • ½ liced lime
  • ½ liced orange
  • ¼ cup sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup cherries
  • 2 tablespoons packed mint leaves
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle rose sparkling wine I used a dry variety

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add brandy, orange liqueur and sugar to a pitcher. Stir to make sure sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add in fresh fruit, mint and sparkling wine.
  3. Enjoy over ice.
