  • 200 gms – 1 ½ cup all purpose or bread flour
  • 160 ml – 2/3 cup lukewarm water
  • 4 gms – 1 ½ tsp active dry yeast

  • 130 gms – 4 ½ oz. hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 10 gms – 2 tsp salt
