Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin puree **NOT pumpkin pie filling
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp real maple syrup
- ¼ cup apple juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cloves
- ¼ tsp ginger
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine the pumpkin puree, maple sauce, apple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger together in a small saucepan.
- Cook on medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes or until thick. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
- Place into a glass jar and keep in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. Enjoy!
