Spiced Refried Bean Dip

The Spiced Refried Bean Dip combines sautéed onion, garlic, and a choice of peppers with pinto beans and seasonings into a smooth, creamy dip. The vegetable sauté adds savory warmth and mild heat, which can be adjusted by including or removing pepper seeds. The puree is then gently warmed to maintain a luscious, spoonable texture. This dip’s layered flavors work well for serving with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables, offering a richly seasoned, comforting snack or appetizer.
