  • 1 extra firm tofu drained, or firm tofu, package
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 TBS garlic minced
  • 2 TBS vegetable oil
  • 3 TBS soy sauce
  • 3 TBS water
  • 2 ½ TBS oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Non-stick cooking spray
