Ingredients
- 3 zucchini cut into long strips, small
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 green onions sliced
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds optional
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet on medium high heat.
- Add the zucchini and garlic and saute for about 5-7 minutes or until desired tenderness
- Place zucchini on a plate.
- Combine the soy sauce, sriracha, and honey and whisk together until combined.
- Pour the mixture over the sauteed zucchini and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with green onions
