Ingredients
FOR A SIMPLE, CLASSIC BLOODY MARY
- 2 ounces vodka
- 4 ounces tomato juice
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 dashes hot sauce use a Louisiana style, like Tabasco or Crystal
- salt and pepper to taste
FOR A SPICY BLOODY MARY
- ½-1 teaspoon prepared horseradish use HOT for extra spicy
- 3 extra dashes hot sauce or to taste
- 1 dash celery salt
FOR AN EXTRA SPICY BLOODY MARY
- 1 hot pepper sliced - heat level to your preference. Habanero is GREAT here for EXTRA spicy!
GARNISH
- Celery stick, lemon wedge or lime wedge, green olives, pickled asparagus, pickle, crispy bacon, spicy shrimp – let your imagination run wild!
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until well combined and chilled.
- Strain into a glass. Garnish and serve.
