Spicy Bloody Mary Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces tomato juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili garlic sauce or Sriracha
  • 1/8 teaspoon Wasabi paste
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2-3 dashes celery salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a cocktail shaker, mix all ingredients together. Stir well.
  2. Test for heat and add additional chili garlic sauce if needed.
  3. Pour over a tall glass of ice and garnish with a scallion or a piece of lemongrass.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free or low-sodium soy sauce if needed.
