Ingredients
- 5 ounces tomato juice
- 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili garlic sauce or Sriracha
- 1/8 teaspoon Wasabi paste
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2-3 dashes celery salt

- In a cocktail shaker, mix all ingredients together. Stir well.
- Test for heat and add additional chili garlic sauce if needed.
- Pour over a tall glass of ice and garnish with a scallion or a piece of lemongrass.
