Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts cut into small bite-size pieces
For the marinade:
- ½ cup buttermilk or 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika of EACH one
For the coating:
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika of EACH one
For buffalo sauce:
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- To a medium bowl add the chicken and marinade ingredients. Combine well.
- In a different bowl, whisk together the flour and spices.
- In a third bowl, whisk the buffalo sauce ingredients and set the bowl aside.
- Coat each piece of chicken in flour and fry the chicken pieces for 3-5 minutes until they are cooked and crispy. Take the chicken out of the oil and place them on a paper towel to soak up any excess oil.
- Add the cooked chicken bites into the buffalo sauce and toss. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
