Ingredients

  • 1 White beans rinsed and drained, 15-ounce can
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • ½ teaspoon adobo sauce
  • cilantro to your taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Process until the mix is smooth.

Notes

  • Pulse the mix briefly for a chunky dip or blend fully for a smooth consistency.
  • Taste after blending and adjust seasoning, adobo sauce, or lime juice as desired.
  • To adjust thickness, add more or less water until reaching preferred dip texture.
