Ingredients
- 1 White beans rinsed and drained, 15-ounce can
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of water
- ½ teaspoon adobo sauce
- cilantro to your taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Process until the mix is smooth.
Notes
- Pulse the mix briefly for a chunky dip or blend fully for a smooth consistency.
- Taste after blending and adjust seasoning, adobo sauce, or lime juice as desired.
