Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can of white beans rinsed and drained
  • ½ teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • ½ teaspoon of adobo sauce
  • Cilantro, to your taste

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Process until the mix is smooth.

Notes

  • Adjust the texture: Pulse the food processor for a chunky dip with texture OR puree to your desired consistency.
  • Tweak the seasonings: Taste it after blending and adjust any elements (spices, adobo sauce, lime juice, etc.).
